There is a smoking area at Heathrow Terminal 4. Go the the Valentino store between gates 6b and 7. You will see a sign pointing towards the smoking area. You will have to take the lift or escalator to go down.
Once you go down to level 1, follow the signs to the smoking area. It is located behind sliding doors.
